Delivery and returns
Where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something isn’t right.
01Where and when
We deliver to all seven emirates. Orders are packed and sent within one to two working days, and arrive in two to four working days.
Delivery is free on orders of AED 150 and above. Below AED 150, a flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies. All prices include VAT.
02The card
Every gift can carry a card. Add your message in the bag before checkout, up to 200 characters, and it travels with the order.

Your words, with the gift03If something’s wrong
Chocolate is food, so a box can’t be returned once it has been delivered. If it arrives damaged, softened by the heat or isn’t what you ordered, send a photo of the box and its packing within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it, or refund you if you’d rather.
